Service Description

Luys provides AI-powered photo restoration and colorization. We restore old, damaged, or black-and-white photographs by repairing damage and adding historically plausible color.

Pricing & Payment

• Your first photo restoration is free.
• Additional restorations cost 200֏ per photo. Bulk pricing: 120֏/photo (2399֏ for 20).
• Color variation packs are available for 100֏ per photo.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds

If our service fails to produce a restoration, you will not be charged. For completed restorations, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you are unsatisfied with a result.

Your Photos

• You retain full ownership of your photographs. By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary license to process it for restoration purposes only.
• We will not use your photos for marketing, training, or any purpose beyond delivering your restoration.

Limitations

• Restoration results are generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate. Colors are historically plausible but not guaranteed to match the original scene.
• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

Luys is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Luys after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
